Frequently asked questions

What people ask us most before booking their place.

When does the trip take place?

From 24 May to 7 June 2027. The group leaves Colombia on the 23rd and arrives in Paris on the 24th.

How long is it?

Fifteen nights' accommodation with breakfast, taking in Roland Garros, Paris, the south of France, the French Riviera, Monaco and Switzerland.

Do I need to know how to play tennis?

No. This is the plan for those who want to enjoy tennis without competing. There is a day at a tennis club for anyone who wants to play, but the trip is built around experiencing Roland Garros from the stands.

How much does it cost?

We email you the price and the three payment options as soon as you register, along with the terms and conditions. Go ahead and take the first step, and the full details reach you with no obligation at all.

How do I sign up?

In three steps. You register with your details, you approve the terms and conditions that reach you by email, and you choose the way to pay. The registration form opens with the orange button in the corner.

Are flights included?

No. Each traveller books Bogotá to Paris and Lyon to Bogotá themselves, so everyone chooses their own airline, stopovers and timing.

Which transport and activities are not included?

Everything on the list of what the trip includes is covered, from the trains between cities to entry to the Roland Garros grounds and the Oceanographic Museum. Anything not on that list is down to each traveller, such as a taxi you take on your own, entry to somewhere that isn't in the plan, or an outing you want to do away from the group. The idea is that you know from the start what is paid for and what isn't.

What about meals?

Breakfast is included on all fifteen days. Lunch and dinner are down to each traveller, and much of the group puts their lunch together at the supermarket or makes the most of the hotel breakfast, which is generous.

How much spending money should I bring?

There is no fixed figure, it depends on each person's pace. Since breakfast is included and much of the group puts their lunch together at the supermarket, the daily spend tends to go mostly on treats, coffees and souvenirs. If you want a concrete figure to budget with, write to us and we'll tell you how previous groups have got on.

What is the accommodation like?

Hotels with an international breakfast, usually in twin rooms.

Is medical insurance included?

No, each traveller brings their own. Before buying one separately it is worth checking your credit card, because many already come with travel insurance when you pay for the flights with it. If yours includes it, confirm the cover and the number of days.

Is someone accompanying the group?

Yes, a trilingual guide accompanies and assists the group throughout the trip.
